Early Bird Writing Activity - English/Literacy
On Monday mornings, we write about a picture in out Early Bird books. Then we read our writing to each other. This has really helped to improve our vocabulary and our writing stamina.

Happy Diwali! - RE/Art/DT
We have been finding out about the Hindu festival if Diwali which was on Wednesday last week. We looked at the similarities and differences between this Hindu festival and the Christian celebrations at Christmas. In English we have read the story of Rama and Sita and this week we're writing Diwali poems. Here are our clay divas that we made in art.
