Writing for a purpose - Thank you notes

Our workshop gave us a wonderful opportunity to write some thank you notes to Ken and Jill.

Holly Class Shadow Puppets

Chestnut Class' Shadow puppet shows

Here are our wonderful puppet shows we made with the talented people from the Armchair Puppet Theatre Company. All the children had a fantastic day focusing on our Topics of  Light and Shadow and Fantasy Stories.
This would not have been possible without a generous donation from the PTA and the whole school helping us raise money from our cake sales.

Shadow Puppet Workshop

Wow! What a fantastic day Holly Class had today! The Armchair Theatre Company came to work with us to make shadow puppets, then perform a show to Year 4 and our parents. All the children worked so hard and learned lots of new skills. We also covered lots of Science objectives too! The children raised a lot of the money to fund the workshop too with help from the PTA.

Can all Year 3 children bring in small, named earphones for tomorrow's computing lesson if they have some, thank you.
